One assessment = one leader, assessed one time by their team. If you assess the same leader twice (before and after a coaching program), that’s two assessments. Each assessment generates one leader report.
No minimum. You can start with a single assessment for one leader. Most organizations run a pilot with one team or department before rolling out more broadly.
Yes. Creating an account is completely free and gives you full access to the platform with demo data — no credit card required. You only pay when you’re ready to run a real assessment with a real leader’s team.
The Licensing option gives you the validated questions and scoring. You handle distribution, collection, and reporting yourself. The Online Platform is the complete solution — we handle everything, including automated invitations, anonymous collection, instant scoring, individual reports, and the organization dashboard.
